Eric was very informative and efficient. I give him 5 stars. However, your electronic answering service needs help. With the temperature outside going to be in the 30’s, I needed to have an idea when I would get a call back because my wife was under the weather. But it wasn’t an ‘emergency’. You would be better off saying something to the effect ‘if you need service in our off hours there will be an additional fee of —-. Our office hours are M-F Xam-Xpm.’

ComforTemp's customer service is outstanding! I missed the deadline for their HVAC maintenance special, but they generously gave it to me anyway. Their text updates are super convenient. Rob, the tech, was polite and helpful, even changing my filter. This company is run the right way!

Rob was professional and explained what services he was providing , made helpful recommendations on new HVAC technologies and the benefits they can provide. Not at all pushy, knowable and extremely helpful. Made sure our furnace was operating at peek operating level. Look forward to seeing your personal in the Spring for Air Conditioner maintenance, thank you Rob and the other personnel that made the call experience pleasant.
