Professional, Timely Furnace Repair

Urgent Repair
Furnace heat exchanger died on the two coldest days for Lemont this year. Comfortemp responded within four hours to my urgent call. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had my furnace working again within two days. The technician, Eric, was extremely professional and courteous and did a great job of keeping me informed, repairing my furnace and even provided space heaters to get my family through the rough spots.
