“Eric was very informative and efficient. I give him 5 stars. However, your electronic answering service needs help. With the temperature outside going to be in the 30’s, I needed to have an idea when I would get a call back because my wife was under the weather. But it wasn’t an ‘emergency’. You would be better off saying something to the effect ‘if you need service in our off hours there will be an additional fee of —-. Our office hours are M-F Xam-Xpm.’”
